NCAA Conference Tournaments
The big March
Madness tournament doesn’t tip off until next week, but college hoops
has taken center stage for the next few days, as the Conference
Tournaments are in full swing. NCAA bettors are in their glory with all
the action.
The Big East is stacked with quality teams. Georgetown comes in as
the top seed. They play their first game Thursday morning against
Villanova. The Hoyas are five-point favorites over a ‘Nova team that
handily win their first game on Wednesday, beating DePaul.
I kinda like the Hoyas to cover the points in this tilt.
There are a ton of threads going strong in the main forum at
Everyedge focused on all the matchups. Look for a very busy few days
with free picks, injury updates, systems, trends, and everything else
related to the Conference Tournaments.

PGA Golf Betting
The PODS
Championship tees off this weekend, as the Tour continues its Florida
swing. Although several top names have booked this week off (Tiger and
Phil most notably), there’s still a decent roster showing up to take on
this tough course (it’s over 7,300 yards, par 71).
Vijay is the favorite at +1109, followed by Charles Howell III +1620 and Trevor Immelmann, also at +1620.
I don’t have any suggestions for the overall winner, but I do like
one matchup for the first round and one matchup for the tournament so
far.
The first round matchup I like is taking Stuart Appleby at +111 to
beat Sergio Garcia. I think Sergio is going to struggle a little on
this course. It isn’t a course you can over-power, as it leans to
rewarding players who hit fairways. Yes, Appleby has not been playing
real well as of late, but he does have the kind of game that sets up
for this course. I think Appleby has just enough of an edge to justify
a small play with plus money.
I’m also playing Chad Campbell at -110 to win his overall tournament
matchup vs. Chris Demarco. Campbell has been playing better and he
knows this course inside out.
Good luck and enjoy the golf coverage.
