Wow, been a while since we updated the Free Picks as we have been enjoying the hazy days of summer. But we're starting to look at getting back to posting up on a regular basis.

We had a win with our last selection and are coming back with another MLB play.

We like the St. Louis Cardinals at -120 to beat the Astros in their series opener.
