Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans Pick

With respect to Gerald Ford – Indiana, your long nightmare is finally over.

The Colts dreadful start to the 2015 campaign and all the ugliness that came with it ends this Sunday.

Indiana, your long nightmare is over this weekend

Yep, this 0-2 start has been a nightmare for Colt-backers, with local sports radio spending the last week ruminating endlessly over “the historic odds of 0-2 teams making the playoffs” and “which 0-2 team has the best chance of making the playoffs”.

By Monday the new narrative will be how that Frank Gore acquisition actually might not be a total bust, Andrew Luck can still play QB in this league and maybe Chuck Pagano doesn’t need to be fired.

The Colts get a divisional game, which means a step down in class from the first two games, while the 1-1 Titans have a real step up.

The Colts are beat up and that defense is leaky, but even with their problems, they’re going to be way more to handle than the Bucs and Browns.

The O-line will have a day. Watch for the running game to finally click vs. a weak Titan run stop unit (I think they ring up their first 100-yard rusher since Luck stepped behind center). With Gore getting untracked, the nightmare is going to be Tennessee trying to combat the play-action calls.

Indy has been feasting on their divisional opponents the last few years and it continues this week.

Yes, we’re backing an 0-2 divisional road favorite. Not too many scenarios where that set-up would happen, but this is one.

Colts -3 (-102) for a unit (you can get the Colts at -102, reduced juice at Pinnacle Sports right now)

Good luck!
