A few nights ago Everyedge.com posted my four on the floor article as I offered up eight opinions supported by first half and full game betting systems. Those opinions went 4-3-1 as long as you took the dog at +4 in the Bulls/Celtics game. Tonight’s offerings feature first half opinions on the three games with my Friday night NBA “Three-For-All.” All three contests have series ending potential with the Hawks, Bulls and Clippers trailing 3-2. Tonight’s “Three-For-All” contains three first half systems on each game.

Washington Wizards +2.5 at Atlanta Hawks Total 210, (7:35 ET on NBA-TV)

With no disrespect intended for the FOX-TV series, “The Simpson’s,” I dub tonight’s contest the “Homer” series as home court has held true in the first five contests, so can the Hawks extend this to a game 7? In their first two home games they were favored by 2.5 points with tonight’s line at -3 and the total at 210. My focus however is the first half which favors Atlanta at -1.5 with the total set at 107.5.

First Half Systems

· In the first half, play against road teams with a winning straight up record in the season when leading in a playoff series. This system is 338-237 = 58.8% ATS since 1996 and +77.30-units.
· In the month of April when two teams meet with winning percentages of between 51% to 60%, play the first half O/U to stay under the total as long as the posted number is 100 or more points. This system is 08-34 = 81% to the under the past five seasons. The first half total in this system has been 104 vs. a combined first half score of 99.3 points.
· Following a straight up loss to a division rival, when two foes meet with similar winning percentages between 51% to 60%, play the under in the first half. This system is 80-134 = 63% to the under since 1996.

Boston Celtics -2.5 at Chicago Bulls Total 203.5,(8:05 ET on ESPN)

After dropping the first two games at home the Celtics have won three in a row and could eliminate Chicago with a road win tonight. Their success

First Half Systems

· When leading in a playoff series, play against all road teams in the first half. The average line in the history of this system has the road team favored by 0.7 an tonight Boston is a half-point favorite. This system has an impressive track record. Anytime you get a system with a winning percentage of 58.8% with close to 600 play that is golden! The system is 340-238 = 58.8% and +78.20-units since 1996 when backing the Bulls in the first half.
· When the first half line is +1 or -1.5 points, play on all home teams in the first half with a winning percentage of 45% to 55%, after two or more consecutive losses. The average first half line in this system is 0.2 or basically a pick ’em. This system is 226-145 = 61% ATS since 1996 and +66.50-units as well as 18-10 ATS just this season when backing the home team in the first half.
· From game 43 out, when the first half total is between 100.5 to 105.5 points play all home teams over the total in the first half when they’re a good rebounding team or +3 to +5.5 rebounds per game when playing against a poor rebounding team of -3 to -5.5 rebounds per game. This system is 41-15 = 73% to the over in the first half since 1996 as well as 9-3 ATS the past three seasons.

Los Angeles Clippers +6 at Utah Jazz Total 193, (10:30 ET on ESPN)

The Clippers are now trailing in the series 3-2 and the Jazz obviously want to end the series tonight as they don’t want to go back to Los Angeles for a seventh game. Blake Griffin’s still injured while the Jazz are healthy. The Jazz are -3 in the first half and the total is 96. I prefer the dog vs. the total in this contest as a small first half opinion only.

First Half Systems

· When the first half total is between 95.5 to 100.5 points, play all home teams under the total when off an outright upset underdog win and playing with two or more days rest. This system is 14-40 = 74% to the under in the first half the past five seasons as well as 05-17 to the under the most recent three seasons.
· After covering the spread in two or more consecutive games, play against all home teams in the first half that are winning between 60% to 75% of their games. This system is 191-125 = 60% ATS and +53.50-units when playing against the Jazz in the first half.
· After losing two of their last three games, play on all road teams in the first half that are well rested and playing six or less games in 14 days. This system is 298-111 = 58.5% ATS and +65.90-units the past five seasons.
