Garsal - we need your name to do this so it's up to you if we move forward. Say the word and here's what we do:
Plan A - WE start harrassing THEM with phone calls. We flood them. We'll tie up their lines so they can't operate. If each of us calls just once they won't know what hit them. Thousands visit here everyday. Now is not the time to lurk or leave it up to others - YOU may need our help someday. Step up!!!
I don't want to set a precedent here. This is not something we want to do again (and won't have to if you stick with the books that are our sponsors here) but if Garsal is owed, we got his back. And Louey do they owe you too? Let us know. We need your name. Then we will all start calling and pressuring them. We will ask for managers and give them hell. We ask to speak to clerks to open accounts and when they come on we will ask how come Garsal hasn't been paid and why then are they still taking money.
If you want to give us your name Gar I will post their phone numbers and e-mails. And we will flood them.
Plan A doesn't work and we step it up - I got plan B in my pocket. And it will hit them where it hurts.

one more thing I want to mention to incite this riot - little tommy somach writes for esb's shill rag lvsn. In his "column" he claims to be the industry watchdog, warning which books to stay away from because of no-pay and slow-pay tendencies. He is silent on esb of course because he is nothing more than a paid shill and hypocrite.
This is even more relevant here and now because tommygirl came in here and posted when we opened in December that this place would be dead and gone by January.
Now I ask you - are we?

Wow, that's really unfortunate to hear. I used ESB for a while, and I got paid back in mid April without any problems at all. I was just about to deposit for football season with them, so thanks for the warning.

It was really pretty pathetic how ESB and the LVSN were in bed together. I mean, every second page in the LVSN was an ad for ESB. The biggest joke was the "LVSN scorephone". They gave all the updated scores all right...but only after selling like crazy for ESB and a couple of touts.

One of the main cats at the LVSN scorephone was a tout named Danny B. His last name was something like Biancoolo, but he mostly just went by Danny B. He's from Jersey....have you ever heard of him Sonny?

I'd be more than happy to gaive them a call on your behalf.

I talked to Garsal Jr. yesterday..as he has been out of town this week...ESB has given him a tracking number (just yesterday) on his "next day delivery" package. We shall see if he gets his package Monday or Tuesday!

Jr received a check from ESB yesterday...(see posting on forum page 7/25)..He deposited it in his checking account..now he has to make sure it doesn't bounce!!
