Master Card?

I was wondering if the new policy MasterCard has will be spreading to VISA? AS I was told , the policy does not allow a credit to be placed on your credit card by offshore companies. I was told this by VIPsports.com (that is the sportsbook I use)Has anyone else heard of this? I was also wondering if anybody could advise me on another sportsbook , VIP's college football halftime lines are not a full list. Thanks in advance guys

5dimes told me this too. You can withdraw as much as you deposit, but no more.

Thanks for the tip , but I did sign up for "paypal" apparently they will accept withdrawls and then deposit them directly onto your credit card
