If you are referring to www.betroyal.com (http://www.betroyal.com) then yes they are a solid out.

They use to offer a free $40 betting account which there was no limit to the amount you could win. I turned that free account into about $800 and cashed everything out via WU. I got the cash the same day and everything went smoothly.

I haven't played with them since though.

their close association with wietzner and the prescription leaves them questionable in my opinion;
unless they offer something substantial that you cannot get elsewhere I'd look at other possible outs.....

Wanted to add that I received a free $40 account from them and turned it into $550 and cashed out rather quickly through Neteller. So they seem legit as they didnt hassle me at all about the cashout. The only thing I didnt like is they round up. For instance when I would bet a game -110 to win $36..they would grade it as $40 to win $36. It should be graded as $39.6 to win $36. So you are not getting a real -110.
