What Is Going On With GCS?

I was surfing around today and I noticed that there are some pretty crazy stories circulating about Grand Central Spors and its management. Does anybody know what is really going on?

Thanks for stopping in Lou. An individual has had a long standing battle with Grand Central and in the past has worked very hard to discredit the company. He has been banned from every forum that he has ever shown up on. Just wait, you'll begin to hear how they stole his VCR as well.
These are old allegations basically from a single source. Unfortunately, the forums where these types of posts pop up are notorious for misinformation, everyone on them has an agenda and instead of being watchdogs, they end up being useless.
I personally have no knowledge of what's being thrown around.

I am appalled by what I have been reading about Grand Central on the net the last few days. I categorically deny that the gentleman mentioned in those FTC articles own Grand Central.

Anyone can go to the FTC or FBI website and dig up a press release to smear a reputable company and claim those mentioned in those articles are the owners of sportsbooks. We all know how to cut and paste but only a sick and demented individual would attempt to drag a reputable company through the mud for his personal satisfaction. This all stems from a known Cooperating Federal Witness and a not so reputable forum owner that allows rumours and innuendos to be posted on his site.

Any Site owner that allows these allegations to be posted when there is not one shred of evidence (hearsay evidence is not admissible for a reason) should be ashamed.

I have spoken to you over the phone (a while back) and from my conversation with you, You are definitly a stand up guy.
I mean hell, I questioned something about your book and you call my house personally.
Now thats what I call service.

Although, I havent been with you guys or any offshore book in a while (Caliente in Mexico is only a 15 minute drive from my Sandiego Residence)
I have sent many friends of mine to you.
They happen to be very selfish and never mentioned my name but they are all happy with your service.

Let me state for the record.

I will never recomend my good friends to an offshore sportsbook if I felt they have or would do anything to hurt the general public.

I know for a fact grandcentral and Allworldsports(shameless plug for BobbyAWS http://www.everyedge.com/Board/nonCGI/smile.gif) are the best sportsbook out there.

I called Peters office and asked them to come in here and personally make a statement.

Thank you Peter for taking time to do so, especially since I know you are so busy dealing with these rumors and BS and dealing with sites that have allowed this crap to stay posted as if it were gospel, especially as it comes from such a proven unstable individual with a personal vendetta.
I also asked Peter to come in because hackerboy snuck his post in, and to immediately delete w/out a response from GCS could have been misconstrued as we had something to hide. Not the case.
I refrained from addressing hackerboy directly as I don't argue with drunks, or try to have intelligent debates with morons. I suggest the rest of you do the same. To reply plays into his hand, he has nothing better to do, as witnessed by his AD NASEAUM posting habits which are well known and established in forum land. You need look no further than his post yesterday about "non-pay' issues. When asked for back up or proof he has none to offer, when a reply goes up stating "I was paid yesterday" he deflects his non-payment claim with nonsense about the money coming from old ladies.
hackerboy - like most places, you are not welcome here. I know this means you will continue to come in back under as many aliases as you can but you will be banned, blocked and mostly ignored.
The difference between you and me, other than honor - most times I see friends they say - "you don't come around enough" because I don't have enough time to go where I'm wanted. You clearly don't run into this situation much since you seem to thrive on spending so much time in places you are clearly not wanted.

GCS was the 1st book I spoke to about participating here, based on my past experience with Peter and their reputation, and EVERYONE who has dealt with them from everyedge has had NOTHING but praise for them. And I am confident things shall remain so.

I have never had a problem with them.

Their records are accurate.
Their clerks are pleasant and well-spoken.
They credit winners instantly to the account.

Most importantly, they pay.
They pay without delay, exactly when they say they will.

I felt obliged to come down from my room and give this unsolicited opinion.

I now will reire to my sanctuary, return to my quotidian tasks and then take a nap.

I'm very interested in information on GCS. I've been told to stay away because they are located in St.Kitts, Nevis and that you might not get paid if you win. I'm interested in the 50/50 promotion, but am kind of scared to send money to this place because of what I'm hearing. Are these stories true or can I feel safe in taking them up on the nice promotion they have going?
