well my horse came in 4th yesterday with no real fire in the lane.
they call it an even race if i'm not mistaken...big deal.
one saving grace of the race is that i did properly cap the big fave as a flop..just didn't pick the winner..
some of my biggest wins have come out of that northern california track so i'll try another one that looks like a little more of a sleeper..

favotite DEPUTY SONG..7-2 is 0-13 on the turf and MICRO LADY a luke warm 2nd choice @ 9-2 is also an ofer on the grass.
the three year-olds look a little too immature at this point,imo.

that leaves DELI DANCER and FUNNY BONE who have wins over the turf course.

the front-running FUNNY BONE couldn't hack it @ dmr after setting 1/4 fractions of 22 and change,but previous races (pleasanton) dictate that she can handle the rail placement at bay meadows today.
the placement..out 25' is suited to frontrunning speed..

well she placed and paid 4.80 and 4.20 which didn't do anyone any good if you had a win bet..
one of the three year olds which i thought might be too immature won the race..

i'll try again tomorrow..
