i only know of one vehicle that enables you to watch live races at belmont..

TVG offers belmont and other races on tv...you can even bet races with your remote while you lounge on the couch.

only hitch is that you have to have DISH-NETWORK and live in a state where they provide it (tvg).

well worth the cost,especially around breeders cup time.

Here is a trivia question for you guys, do you remeber first horse you ever bet? or won on? For me a 13 yr old pacer named Masqueraders Boy a grey horse paid about $13. Just wondering?

yeah i remember my first..
the horses name was ANCIENT TITLE and was a 6yr old gelding.
he was a first class horse..used to run in all the big stakes races out at santa anita and hollywood park and being a gelding they'd shoot him out there about once every two weeks.
the guy never gave-up.
i was in my earliest stage of handicapping races and i thought,man why don't they run these horses more often..they win,get them out there again..
well i learned a great deal about horseracing just from following ole' ANCIENT TITLE not only about the business,but about about life in general.
i always think of the old guy whenever i see a 3yr old retired and put out to stud..
he must be sayin', yeah,but i got to RACE,i might be a horse,but i did what i was bred to do...
