College Football Week 8 is here and I have just these words to say to my readers: JUST FADE ME.  It has been a brutal few weeks with Everyedge College picks blog and the best strategy here on out to the bowl season – just fade all the picks.

Can’t get any worse. Unless, you are the Notre Dame Floundering Irish. Sorry Notre Dame fans for the cheap shot.

We split our college football picks into Leans 1 unit), Plays (2 Units) and Best Bets (3 Units).

LEANS (2-10-1)

Pinnacle Odds: Texas +2 vs Kansas State -2  Total 54

Texas +2  Charlie Strong’s career is on the line in this match and the Longhorns offense are better against the Wildcats defense which Texas wins by 3 to 6 points.

Pinnacle Odds: Ohio State -19.5 at Penn State +19.5 Total 57.5

Over 57.5  Ohio State is going to come out guns a firing even though this is a road game, Buckeyes know Michigan put 49 on them and will try to match it or get more.

PLAYS (4-9)

Pinnacle Odds: Texas A&M +17.5 at Alabama -17.5 Total 60

Alabama -17.5   I’ve been fading the Crimson Tide, but after demolishing Tennessee on the road, I don’t see Texas A&M getting more than 14 in Tuscaloosa and the Aggies defense breaking down after the 1st half.

Pinnacle Odds: Oklahoma State -24 at Kansas +24 Total 61

Kansas +24  Like the home dog getting a ton points and played a TCU tough at home. The Cowboys are not a 24 point road favorite anytime.

BEST BETS (3-4)

Pinnacle Odds: Washington State -8.5 at Arizona State +8.5 Total 64

Arizona State +8.5  The Sun Devils are terrible on the road, but are fantastic at home. Getting 8.5 points for this good home team is incredible value vs a Cougars squad that may not be as good as their record indicates.
