Yesterday: 2-3 for +50
Playoffs STD: 12-15 for +68

Here's how strange yesterday was. Lost yet again 2 Ov 4.5 totals, both of which were 4-0 games going into the 3rd period. Then, for the first time in about 6 months, won not one, but two games laying -1.5. Absolutely bizarre

Today, 4 plays

Phily Pick +122-- Hoping Boucher gets the start as i think he's the better of the two goalies for PHily. Very close game, evenly matched teams. I think it'll do the Flyers alot of good to get on the road where they played very well this year. I'll take the plus money in a close game with the better team.

Sanjose Pick +100 -- Tough game here as well, Yotes played well at home through the entire regular season with one of the best home records in the league. But none of that matters in the playoffs. Overall, the Sharks are the better team, and although Phoenix won last time out, the Yotes don't get the luxury of getting the Sharks in the afternoon today. We all know the Sharks horrible afternoon woes. Should be another great game here tonite, again will take the better team getting plus money.

LAkings -125 -- Backs are against the wall, Kings have to win tonite or it's over. I don't think they'll get swept by the Avs, i think they have one win in them in the series, and i think it's tonite. LA last year in the first round found themselves in a similar situation to Detroit, coming home down 2-0. La won game 3 by a 2-1 score, i expect a similar, low scoring, gritty effort from them again tonite. I worry about Potvin for the same reasons i never trust Dan Cloutier of Vancouver, but hoping Potvin has one good start in him. La played very well on homeice down the stretch and were very good on homeice all year long, i'll go with them tonite to get back in this series.

Grand Salami/Over 14 -110 -- Total quite low, and while we've seen alot of Under of late, it just takes one out of the 3 games today to be high scoring and this play will be a winner. Laying off the 4.5 totals for awhile, so took this instead, much less risk than playing all 3 of the 4.5's today. Also like the fact that it takes 13 and under to beat me, getting 14 is a nice advantage rather than 14.5.

No bad luck tonite

Cover tough start to the playoffs we have been with you on the 4 1\2"s as well. Keep your chin up pal we're sure they will start to happen soon. Great idea to take the salami today we are all over that pick thxs. Wackyboz

COVER I'VE SEEN YOU TAKEN LA AT -125. WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE THE 1.5 AT +290...IT'S A GREAT VALUE ONLY YOU NEED THE 2 GOALS,AN EMPTY NET WOULD DO IT..NOT QUESTIONING YOU PICK JUST WONDERING WHY YOU WOULDN'T JUMP ON THAT PRICE LIKE YOU DID WITH THE WINGS YESTERDAY..MAYBE YOU SEE SOMETHING I DON'T. THANKS.......

Like the picks tonight Cover, however, I'm going the other way with Ottawa. I disagree with your view on Boucher. I think Cechmanek is by far a better goalie. He has proven in this series that he could steal a game (SO with 35 shots on net), has better stats than Boucher (sp% .923 - .906) and has more wins than Boucher (24-19).
I can't even remember the last time Boucher had a good game. Anyway, good luck tonight

hollywood - I will not lay -1.5 goals against the Colorado Avalanche, no matter what the price. Vancouver and MOntreal are different stories, but not Colorado. It'll take LA a perfect game tonite just to win, asking them to win by more than one i feel is asking too much. I wish everyone luck with it and i hope LA wins by 4, but iam not laying -1.5.

HJ -- Czechmanek's numbers are better, but all those numbers were accumulated at the start of the year. Have u seen Czechmanek play the last month. He's been getting beat like a rented mule nite in and nite out. Game 1 was lucky. Czechmanek always looks shaky, and i'd much rather see Boucher.

Actually, i think all 3 have a chance at OT, if your asking me to pick 1, i'd pick la-colorado.

At least the Sens got a couple of e-n's to help your over bet.

If I could find any paint drying within a 500 mile radius, I'd rather run towards it and watch it dry than watch another second of the Flyers/Sens series. I thought the first two periods of the Leafs game on Saturday was bad. This game tonight was awful. I can only pray that the Leafs don't have to play the winner - we'd beat them but they'd bore all the fans to death. I'd be popping Prozac to get through that series.

I just gotta stop backing bad teams. Phily has been playing the exact way they played tonite since the start of March. I knew, know it, have watched every one of their games, yet i still bet them. 10 minutes into the game, i knew i had the wrong side. Brutal, i just have to start making smart plays.
